1. Q: What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. A: 60days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 30-35days to finish the order for a 20ft

A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2015, and it's been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team, and each our package worker will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instruction before packing.
5. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally, 30% as the deposit first by T/T, the rest 70% will be paid before shipping by T/T. ( Depends on raw materials rates)

A: Yes, we can. From small parts to large machines, we can provide most kinds of customized services.
7.Q: How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements

9.Q: Can you provide some videos where we can see the line producing?

10.Q: What about the delivery?
A:lt depends on the product performance and quantity you need. Because we are the expert, the production time won't take so long.

A: We may send our engineer for installation and commissioning, but the relevant cost will be paid by you.
